By carrying out the procedure of consulting the pages of the site and/or registering for our services, users voluntarily communicate their personal data to Maplast snc, Data Controller. The personal data sent will be processed in compliance with the principles of protection of personal data established by EU Regulation no. 679/2016 and other applicable regulations.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned headquarters of the Company and are handled by the Company’s personnel and/or by external persons in charge of maintenance and updating operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The personal data (identifiable as “Common Data” according to the legislation) provided by users who forward requests for services, performances or information are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or performance requested or to provide the information.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the user to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests for services and/or information.
COOKIES
No personal data of users is acquired by the site in this regard.
No cookies are used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are persistent cookies of any kind used, or systems for tracking users.
The use of so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site.
The so-called session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques that could potentially compromise the confidentiality of user navigation and do not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying the user.
STATISTICS
This website uses “WP Statistics” a website analysis service (for statistics, visitor counter, etc…). WP Statistics does not store any cookies on visitors’ browsers. Once installed and activated on the website, WP Statistics does not collect, store or send any personal data of the site visitors.
OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data in the request forms or indicated in the “contacts” section to request the sending of information. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.
TREATMENT METHODS
Personal data are processed by duly appointed data controllers and processors, or by independent data controllers, with electronic tools and paper archives for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in compliance with legal provisions through, as well as with the use of security measures aimed at guaranteeing the confidentiality of personal data and avoiding undue access by unauthorized persons.
Such data are not subject to disclosure. Personal data are processed according to principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The user/interested party may exercise the rights provided for in articles 15-22 GDPR at any time by contacting the owner of this site.
Below is an extract from article 15 of EU Regulation 2016/679, relating to your right of access to us, to remind you that you can obtain the following information:
“The interested party shall have the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the following information:
a) the purposes of the processing;
b) the categories of personal data in question;
c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations;
d) where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
e) the existence of the right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject or to object to such processing;
f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
g) where the personal data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source”.
Furthermore, the Data Subject has the right:
– to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her, pursuant to art. 16 of EU Regulation 2016/679;
– to obtain erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay where one of the grounds listed in art. 17 of EU Regulation 2016/679 applies;
– to restriction of processing where one of the hypotheses described in art. 18 of EU Regulation 2016/679 applies;
– to object at any time to processing of data concerning him or her in the cases referred to in art. 21 EU Reg. 2016/679;
– to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data concerning him/her provided to a data controller and to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance from the data controller to whom he/she provided them, in the cases provided for by art. 20 EU Reg. 2016/679;
– to withdraw consent at any time, if the processing is exclusively based on art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a), or on art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a), in any case without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
– to lodge a complaint, pursuant to art. 77 EU Regulation 2016/679, with the competent Supervisory Authority (Data Protection Authority), in particular in the EU Member State in which you habitually reside, work, or where the alleged violation occurred, in addition to the ordinary right to lodge an effective judicial remedy, pursuant to art. 79 EU Regulation 2016/679, if you believe that your rights under the aforementioned EU Regulation have been violated as a result of processing.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The personal data retention period indicated above is in line with the current regulatory provisions: in compliance with the principles of minimization, proportionality and necessity, the data will not be retained for periods longer than those indispensable for the achievement of the purposes indicated above and, therefore, for the service offered or for the specific provisions of law (e.g. in our legal system there is a term of at least 10 years in force regarding the retention of company administrative documents).
In any case, the company will proceed without delay to the secure deletion or irreversible anonymization of the data when the retention of the personal data is no longer justified.
PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
This information may be subject to changes.
If substantial changes are made to the use of personal data by the Data Controller, or if the Data Controller intends to further process personal data for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, the Data Controller will be required to inform the Data Subjects in advance and again.
